Women to Women

Women to Women is a place to study the Bible and be in community with other women who are diverse in age and backgrounds. A broad variety of studies are offered helping discover who God is. You can choose studies that last the school year (September through April) while others are one semester (12 weeks). Women-to-Women desires to foster an open and welcome environment where any woman who comes is welcomed, accepted and encouraged. If you have questions about Women to Women you can email Christy Hires.

Childcare

Childcare is available for infants and children up to five years old. Our infant and toddler nurseries are staffed by caring and loving workers who will play with and care for your children while you are at Women-to-Women. Children ages two through five will learn about God's Word through music, art, stories and games.

Please plan to register your children for childcare at the same time you register for your class. A medical release form is required for each child and it's a part of your web registration, which you can find here.

Are you interested in caring for our children? We are looking for loving caregivers for ages infants and teachers for children ages two to five years old. Please contact Sue Howe at 303.775.6329 if you are available on Wednesday mornings and ready to make a difference in the lives of children. These are paid positions.

Special Message

What we long for most in our lives are encounters that change us. Think of it - we long to be pursued, to be noticed, to be complimented; to hear "I Love You", to matter, to break free from our hard cocoon of the past and become a beautiful butterfly. The Bible is filled with encounters that left men and women changed. The Gospels show us Jesus encountering and speaking life-giving truth to those around Him. Many lives were changed - the woman at the well, Lazarus‚ sisters (Mary and Martha), Jesus‚ disciples and the list goes on of normal, broken people who were transformed by the encounters they had with Jesus.

Is God's transforming power still at work today? Is it possible to encounter Jesus in our everyday lives and walk away changed? Absolutely!! Each Wednesday morning we are together, we will explore being transformed by our encounters with Jesus through Coffee Talks, Worship, Fellowship and Stories.

This year at Women to Women we will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary! As we wonder what this year holds for each of us personally, let's put ourselves in our Founding Mothers' shoes. What did they believe this ministry would hold for the future? What was their dream for Women to Women? Our verse for the year is Ephesians 3:20 which says, "Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think."(NLT) It is followed in verse 21 by, "Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generation forever and ever! Amen." We can assuredly say that glory has been given to God throughout these past generations! Let us step out in faith and ask God to accomplish infinitely more than we ask this year. Let us be TRANSFORMED!

Expectantly,
Christy and Suzie
